21.6 open voltage .250 Amp  ( 1/4 amp) max full sun will power short strip lights at 12 volt by itself  

These will charge Nicads, NMH and other types of cells

 These are NOT going to run your AC unit, they are for including into you project

Possible uses include charging small 12 volt ,5volt,  3.2 volt and other batteries
